Snake in the Eagle's Shadow
Made in Tasmania
My tribute to the 'Snakehead' prototype made by Leo Fender in 1949. A modern take on the vintage icon. Bare Knuckle, Gotoh, Kluson - it's got all the staples of a modern, yet classic high-end guitar.
The Snakehead (also known as the 'Broadcaster prototype') was taken around local bars so that musicians could try it out. This prototype would eventually become the Broadcaster, the Esquire and finally the almighty Telecaster.
This tribute comes with a snakeskin case, snake strap, snake logo, and free shipping. Note the professionally aged hardware, down to every last screw to complete that old school vibe.
